All vehicles sold as is. No warranty is offered. You are buying vehicles 30-50 years old, and it is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle for authenticity.

The VIN is to include but not limited to odometer readings, and any repairs to the vehicle paint, body repairs, or mechanical issues.

Vehicles will be made available for inspection before final payment. The owner of Southern KY Classic Cars, Donald R. Gray (Doc) is located at Highway 1530 in Barbourville, Ky. I can not be made responsible for any problems that may occur after the sale.

You will be asked to sign a document stating you or a representative of yours has inspected the vehicle for any problems, and are satisfied with your purchase.
